Prints pulled by hand, one sheet at a time

Shizuri is a print workshop with two presses, a wall of blocks and a long table.
Its name is the Japanese for a trial print: the sheet pulled before the edition, to see whether the block is ready.
Come on an open day and watch a print come off the block.
Open days
- : An open studio. Bring a sheet of your own to print on.
- : A printing demonstration, from 14:00. Mokuhanga – the water-based way.
